Smythe Anderson is the Director of Government Relations and External Affairs for the American Energy Alliance (AEA). Before joining AEA, Smythe worked as a Director of Federal Relations at the American Petroleum Institute where she led industry-wide advocacy efforts on tax and environmental issues. She also worked in Chevron’s government affairs office and on Capitol Hill.
